Current RAR engine components
The current production artifact is built around libarchive and compiled to WebAssembly with Emscripten. Their respective license notices must remain with distributions that require them.
Third-party software notices
UnpackNest contains original application code and third-party open-source components. Exact distributable notices are audited before production and commercial releases.
Release rule
The current release ships with a THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file tied to its release provenance. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, and any commercial redistribution requires a separate license review.
7-Zip engine (7z tool)
The 7z tool runs 7-Zip 24.09 by Igor Pavlov, compiled to WebAssembly (7z-wasm). 7-Zip is licensed under the GNU LGPL with the unRAR restriction; the licence texts are published with the engine at /tools/7z/License.txt.
Fonts
The site uses subsets of the Inter typeface (© The Inter Project Authors) and Noto Sans Arabic (© The Noto Project Authors), both licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The licence texts are published next to the font files: OFL-Inter.txt and OFL-NotoSansArabic.txt.
