A new control center

Redesigned admin control center: sidebar on desktop, bottom bar on mobile, in English and Arabic.
Secure 30-day "remember me", trusted devices for two-factor sign-in, and an installable admin web app.
Unified settings, quick search (Ctrl+K) and a live ads.txt check. Public pages are unchanged.

Nine new guides in English and Arabic (ZIP, 7z, GZ, ISO alternatives, passwords, repairing damaged archives, creating archives, safety, privacy). The eight existing guides were rewritten with numbered steps and real screenshots of our own tools.
A categorized guide library, breadcrumbs, links between tools and guides, and a Guides item in the menu.
A 20-question Help page, rewritten About and Contact pages, and the operator (TECCONET) named in Privacy and Terms.
Corrected inaccurate statements: the ZIP tool does not extract encrypted entries, and .tar.xz / .tar.bz2 need desktop 7-Zip or tar -xf (the online 7z tool does not open them).
Removed the ad slot directly under the home page hero. The home page now lists all four tools.

Translated the remaining English strings on Arabic pages and in structured data.
Fixed horizontal scrolling on 390 px screens (tables, the language menu, long headings).
Added an automated layout check in three browser engines (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit).
